As Chief Operating Officer & VP of Client Relations, Nicole leads Rivent Partners’ day-to-day operations and oversees the firm’s new client experience. A Buffalo native, she came to Rochester to attend St. John Fisher University and has since built a career spanning more than 15 years in the financial services industry, with experience in leadership, sales, recruitment, and management.

Beyond her work at Rivent Partners, Nicole is deeply engaged in the Rochester community. She serves on the Board of Trustees for WXXI Public Media & The Little Theatre and the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Rochester, in addition to supporting several other community organizations.
